It is said that the most beautiful attire that never gets out of style is smile.
No matter how expensive and how elegant the dress you wear, if your face keeps on frowning, people will find you arrogant and conceited.
Marilyn Monroe said, "Smile is the best make - up a girl could wear".
And it is said, that when you smile, the world also smiles with you.
So keep on smiling...

Yeah right...
It is so contagious that it affects other people around us.
If we smile at someone, they can’t help but smile back.
When we smile at a person, his brain also tells him to return the favor.
The world will be a better place for all of us if we keeps on smiling...

this is what i always tell my students before they go to their respective patients in the ward:" Smile genuinely and with sincerity. even if you are angry at me, you should still smile. we are givers of health and joy; don't ruin your day if you are angry at me", which they always follow.

@magallon that is true. in fact, there are but a few number of facial muscles used when smiling, while there are more muscles used when frowning.

If you wear an elegant dress and you don't have a smile, the beauty of the dress goes completely.If we have a smiling face people will get attracted to us and will like to be our friend. No one would like to be friendly to a person who has always a frowning face. When we are stressed we cannot bring a smile into our face. If we relax only we can smile.

That's true... It is difficult to smile if we are stressed or have problems but smiling can do magic as they say...
Smile serves as anti - depressant and it does not only relaxes your body, but it can lower your heart rate and blood pressure.
