There is no road map in your life. You never really know what is going to happen in the next minute or the next hour. You never know if everything will remain the same as it is now. Life really is an adventure since you do not know what is going to happen each and every day. All you can do is lead a good life and hope you will be happy and healthy in your life. Life changes with the times and you have to be willing to change with the times to. Nothing stays the same forever. The picture is mine taken by me.

Lovely photo. It all depends on the situation. Being alone and being faced with having to fend for myself, finding a way to sell my house and all my furnishings, hoping to make my way back to the states, getting a job etc. is overwhelming to say the least. Then I have well meaning friends from the states say to me that if I want to make it happen i just have to do it. So I keep praying for God to give me strength and then I know it will all come together.
I do agree with you that was my life before in my early marriage for I was still studying in college. I couldn't determine what my married life is all about for I was still under my parents' support. Now when I finished my commerce degree and got a job right away in the bank. My life is no longer an adventure. I give all my monthly income to my wife who did the budgeting for our daily, monthly needs. It seems our life has a proper durection. What we have we accomplished them like the education of my 6 children. I did still pursue my education or teacher degree for it was my favorite vocation, after my off of office and Saturday and Sunday classes. I finished it, passed the teachers board. I resigned from the bank. I taught for 7 years as classroom teacher and later promoted to school principal. I took charge of 6 different for 18 years until I retired last October 2016. Now I am receiving my monthly pension. I don't consider life as an adventure when you have a stable or permanent job and receiving a monthly salary or pension.
