My day started with a nosebleed

I woke up at 8 am with a nosebleed and every time I got it stopped it started back up again. It delayed me having my coffee.
Lately my knee has been paining me but this morning I woke up with it being very painful. It hurts to bend at all so walking or bending down to clean hurts a lot. No idea what could be wrong.
I stayed up later last night finishing a book I was reading called “Silver Linings” by Debbie Macomber. I loved it. Unfortunately I don’t have the next in the series but I have the two after that so I will wait to read those until I can get a copy of the second book in the series to read.
I am going to start reading a new book today called “Southern Lights” by Danielle Steel. I am hoping to get this one done before Sunday morning so I can give three books in the silly auction. I have two finished so far.
Today I think will be a pretty relaxing day again at home.

I think I have tried that but I can’t remember for sure. I know my mom used to tell me to put neosporin up there but when I tried it a few times it melted and ran down my throat and tasted so bad!

I have to do the dishes soon but standing won’t bother my knee.

I spent most the weekend with my ex who asked me to be his girlfriend again. He just left now and I’m playing catch up a little before the auction party. It was a nice weekend but no time to read so only two books were finished to take to the auction.

@Courtlynn I told him I had to know it’s what he really wants and that he’s not just trying to get some. I told him I’m tired of him breaking up with me every summer and that I won’t be planning ahead like he does about our future. He said he was really excited all morning to ask me to be his girlfriend and take me out to dinner.

Something could be thinning your blood or you are anemic or have a sinus infection but that would not be a knee problem. have you found out what it is yet?

@bunnybon7 I feel so much better after taking the pills so I know they are working. My heart used to pound so hard just standing up and I was weak and exhausted constantly.

@shaggin maybe find out if the pills are enough. because when the doctor told me I might need more B12 vitamin in a shot, I told her I already take pills for that and she said sometimes the body don't absorb them like it should. hence the shot

Wow I can’t imagine something never having a nosebleed. I used to get them a few times a day as a kid. Thankfully the older I got the better they have gotten.

@averygirl72 The ones I had as a kid hurt terrible. My nose would throb similar to the way a headache would throb in my head. I haven’t had a painful one like that in along time just the ones that bleed and feel like a constant runny nose but no pain.

I didn't start hurting, but later I started have cramps (my monthly). I decorated and did some black friday shopping on Amazon and Belk.com. And I read the rest of Odd Hours that I was supposed to have finished yesterday. I'm hoping to later listen to Maximum Ride Forever.

@JESSY3236 I was thinking that might be it. I have one of those in the series but its not the first one so I'd have to get that first in order to read the one I have.

Glad that you are relaxing. However, I think you should visit a doctor to consult your nosebleed.

@A_loves_B It’s genetic my mom, uncle and cousin all have it too. I just don’t take medicine if it causes me to bleed more etc. Doctors never helped at all when I was young.

@shaggin Have you ever visited a doctor for the bleeding disorder? What did the doctor say?

It's difficult to put the light out when you're reading a good book... just one more page... just one more chapter... Oh, look! It's 3am!
Series are good when you have all the books but a real pain if you're missing one. Hope you find the one you need.
