the dissimilar pair of slippers

Friday night, my son nearly stumbled from the stair to the floor and caused his right slipper to be destroyed. Since I don't throw the good other pair of a slipper, I took this yellow-strap slipper so he can pair it with his left one. This afternoon though he went to the store to buy cup noodles and he exchanged his flip - flops with mine. I have the red - strap slippers Then at 3pm my son went to the city to buy 2 pairs of flip-flops. He arrived at 6pm so I told him to give back my own pair of slippers. Now, I won't get bothered with possible back aches because the height of my slippers is equal; the texture too, because the yellow one has deep indentations where the sole rests. Do you use a makeshift other slipper that is different from the actual one?

i guess it's the same way with hand-me-down sneakers. the sole reflects how the other person walks. you will notice it when you start walking in it.

right. my sister's slipper has a thicker sole to the right than the left, because she has scoliosis.

hehe, cute! Nowadays slippers who have different colors in a pair are already being sold in the department stores :) I don't know in your place but in my place, it was. In such a way, I will no longer worry if I lose my other pair of slipper as long as its looks don't seem to be apart from each other. :)

right, but as long as the slippers have the same height in the soles, otherwise, you will walk limping.

@allen0187 yes, each has his own taste. i would not also want to wear a pair of shoes but with different colors. the slippers in the picture in tToni's comment was always used by me when i go to the city for errands.

Good thing you still keep the other good slipper. That is indeed so wise of you. At least, when same thing as what happened to your son, you have a ready other slipper to pair with the undamaged one.

When I was still working with the tribes, I had tried so many alternatives and live the way they do.

@Shavkat right, as long as the heels of the shoes are the same, even different colors, because if not, scoliosis will occur.

the slippers in the picture are not really a match, the yellow one is bigger while my slipper in red is the left one. sometimes, a durable leaf can be made a slipper. i saw one in Batanes.

No, I do not, I fear to fall when I go up and down the stairs. I never wear flip flops, they are too dangerous.

so, do you wear flat shoes when you are inside your house, or do you go barefooted?

I only wear matching pairs, but it is good you could help your son out till he could go and buy new ones. :)

I don't, but my Brothers are very creative when it comes to that. They switch straps that are good and can be used.
