I do not know what to do

I have bought a motor bike few days ago.But till now I have not received the insurance paper,The seller promised me to give the insurance paper within 5 days.But it has been 10 days since then but still i have not got anything.

It sounds like you need to talk with the seller again. You might need to get a lawyer involved.
