Today is a good day, with sunshine and nice temperature- 14° C (58° F), which is very fine with me. I don´t have anything planned for this weekend. I may go for a walk and while I do, I may take some pictures. That´s is going to be my whole physical activity for tomorrow in the morning. Today, I had coffee and sweat bread for breakfast, I also ate one apple and one banana. Lunch time is anywhere from 12:00-1:00 p.m. I haven´t think on what I´m going to have for lunch but anything will be ok. What do you enjoy most walking or running?

I don't get to run as much but I make sure I hit at least 10,000 steps a day.

That´s excellent; walking that much is very effective for the system, I think

None of the above. It's eating for me. A friend I recently met when I was on a business trip told me how each and every single photos I have been tagged on facebook were all in restaurants. I don't walk to exercise, I don't run to exercise too.

I used to jog a little bit, but now can only walk. I sure miss the jogging.

I always do the same. Running is to heavy for me and walking is the right exercise for many, I think

Healthy breakfast. Walking would be my answer. Not a jogger.

That´s good. I also prefer walking. I think a good walk is as eefective as a tiresome running
