Sleep Cycle - Time to shake it up!!

My sleep cycle is all messed up. I stay awake until 6am and even then I'm still not tired but then when I finally get to sleep, I sleep until 2pm. That is just not going to work for me this week because I have trainings from 8:30am to 3:30pm. So I am staying up all night and all day to try to fix my sleep cycle. My plan is to stay awake until 9pm and then hopefully be able to fall right asleep. IF I do, I will be able to get a full 6 hours of sleep until I have to take my uncle to work. Then go back to bed for another 2.5 - 3 hours before I take my daughter to school and then drive an hour to my trainings. I really wish that the trainings weren't an hour away and that instead of 7 hours a day for 4 days, why not do 4 hours a day for 7 days and have the trainings be closer to me? Or at least get paid for my driving time. UGH!

Can't you stay with someone living nearby? You could offer them some money for allowing you to sleep there.

No because I have other responsibilities. I have to take my uncle to work and get my kid to school. There is no one else that can or will do that. On top of that, even though I wont be paid this week for working with my nephew (my job pays me to take care of him), I'm still going to work with him like I normally would.
