Do you review the lentils before cooking them?

Every time I want to cook lentils I review them first, as found several times very small stones in between. So, I just check them up to seperate the stones from the lentils to avoid any later surprise.

That is a wise thing to do as one can break a tooth. I am into sprouting these days to preserve vitamins and I also check for little pebbles.

@1hopefulman With the right nutrition we are able to avoid many desease and to cure others. It should be shown in schools how to eat well. The childhood is the best period to learn how to take care.

Yes, I have to do that. The lentils are not grown or packaged in Japan. Where are yours grown?

In Spain are several places where they grow and some national companies package them.

Yes I review lentils first and there are very small stones it in it. I do like that thrice and make sure all stones are removed and wash the lentils 3-4 times properly and then only cook. In India we find more stones in lentils.
