What is your favorite vegetable

I like carrots,potatoes,aubergine, spinach, peas and cauliflower very much. Though I have all vegetables, these are my favorite ones.
In salads I add onion, cucumber and tomato.
Which is your most favorite vegetable? Do you prefer to have boiled plain vegetables or spices sauted with vegetables?

So many! Carrot, asparagus, lettuce, cauliflower and cabbage especially. I like them both raw and cooked lightly. Grilled is nice too.

I like all of the vegetables, because it is good for healthy.
Normally I eat boiled vegetables.
