Started working out!!!!!!

I started working out 2 days ago walking 2 miles to start and increasing as I go. I had 3 kids 3 c sections. Time to get back into shape. Positive feedback would be great for motivation.

Walking is great! Don't be afraid to lift some weights as well. Building muscle is great for boosting metabolism and burning calories.

You got this! Walking is a great way to work out and lose weight and already starting at 2 miles is good.

Good luck in your work outs. Aside form walking what other physical exercises are you planning to do? You might also want to look at your diet. Eating healthily also plays a big part in getting fit.

Great! Starting is always the hardest part in my opinion. I am also on a track to lose 30 ish pounds. I lost 50 earlier in the year working out and eating right. Best of luck!

I am 145pounds and i just started my diet and exercise today and i am hoping to be on my previous weight 117pounds. I hope we can both make it.
