A Different Sight

Okay, we all know it's the Christmas season. On my way home from church this morning, I saw something I've never seen before this time of year - Santa walking his dog. Yep. In full Santa suit, he was walking his dog on our beautiful cool morning. So, though I'm used to seeing Santa this time of year, it's usually sitting in a mall, on his big throne, asking the kiddies what they want for Christmas. Now, with the notifications finished, I'm off to get more writing done. With the last couple days taken up with Thanksgiving, I'm 6k words behind my goal. I was able to get 3K done yesterday. I'm hoping to get to 70K today. There's only four days left of this month and if I want to reach 80K, I need to write. Have you seen any unusual sights for the Christmas season? Thanks for reading.

In the town near where we used to live Santa used to cruise around the first Sunday of December all dressed up in his red suit on his Harley. It was hilarious the first time that I saw it. I guess he got a dog and he's living near you now.

No and I am glad. I want no reminders of Christmas this year. I stay home and watch Christmas movies and that is enough for me. It will be my first year being all alone but at least my cat Sid is here. Hey who is to say that you didn't see the real Santa walking the dog????

That would be nice to see. I'm still waiting to see more decorations go up here. Some have them. The house across the street, always seen in my photos from my window, just took down the Halloween pumpkin decorations he had outside. I think he lives alone. I've never seen his wife, and occasionally I see his family show up. At least I think it's his family.
