When it comes to making your home smell good , what do you use ? Candles , air freshener , a plug in , stick scents ? We like to use stick scents they smell amazing !

We actually use all of those, and my daughter bought a device that send out a spray of room freshener ever ten minutes or so. I don't like it, because when it goes off it sounds like someone expelling a large breath, and still startles me sometimes.

Omg yeah that thing always makes me jump! My mom used to have one of those at her house, so glad she doesn't use it anymore, lol.

@cahaya1983 No one understand why it bothers me, so I'm glad to know I'm not the only one in the world that feels this way. I keep hoping it breaks.

We never use any of them. We are accustomed to the smell we have inside our house.

I think i prefer open air. air freshener is not good for the environment and health. there are chemicals on it that cause health and environmental problem.

I use fragrant wax melts. Just place the wax melt in a warmer unit, and the house is filled with lovely scents.

@Dyvette16 It is a great scent for the season! I want to hurry up and finish burning it so I can switch to my balsam fir candle, which smells like a Christmas tree. Now that's what gets me into the spirit of the Christmas holiday!

You know what, since we dont have extra to buy air freshners or other stuff to frrshen the smell of our house. I use fabric conditioner. I put it on a spray bottle and spray a bit on the sofa and carpet and curtains. Have you tried it?

I actually use an air freshener in our bedroom, when the windows are all closed as it is always on weekdays when hubby and I are the whole day at our respective jobs. But on weekends, I open two of the windows since they are screened to welcome fresh air.

I use plug in warmers, Sensei brand, which we both like because the scents are unique and stay true to their original for hours. I'm burning cucumber in 2 of them now and World Traveller in another.
