Back from the gym

This evening was brisk like it should be this season with sunshine for perfect walking weather. We had the small balls again for Pilates class to an average-sized class, including Michelle and I. She was once again kind enough to offer me a lift home, when the temperature had dipped to 49 degrees.
And here's what we did on the mat, which was what we did two weeks ago:
6 Arm Circles
2 100 Cycles
6 Half Peel-Ups and Full Peel-Ups
7 V-Sits
5 Single Straight Leg Stretches and Double Leg Stretches
6 Double Leg Circles and 2 Pretzel Crunches (1x/side)
2 SideKick Series with 2 Mermaid Stretches and 6 Scissor Kicks and 2 Shell Series
4 Planks--2 Bent Elbow and 2 Straight Arm
6 Leg Upswings (3x/side)
1 Child's Pose and 2 Down Dogs
6 Crescent Moons (3x/side) and 4 Pilates Stances (2x/side)
That's about it for today.
