Made it to the next round of a job application process

Holy heck, finally a job application that doesnt result in an immediate rejection letter! It has been so long since Ive moved to the second round of any job it got to the point where I was beginning to fee hopeless.
This one is not my dream job but an agency a little bit closer to home, great benefits and get this... a $7 an hour pay increase. Luckily my current job has a lot of the duties as in this one I am applying for.
There is no saying if I will actually get an interview, it currently states the status is "HR reviewing and rating". We shall see. Was just happy to not be flat our rejected like I have been from many jobs lately.

Well I wish you good luck and I hope you atleast get an interview. Job searching is tough now a days i'm glad to have the job that i do. I have been there for 13 years

Wishing you all the luck. I just fired two people recently and hired new ones. I was really disappointed with these two people because I expected a lot from them and yet they've done things that are really detrimental to the existence of the company. I can't simply let those offences pass.

Well that sounds promising and that would be a great increase in pay. I am retired so no more job hunting for me.
