Got 300-400 books to sell, is Amazon the right place?

I decluttered the garage of 2 relatives of mine and, in total, I have about 3 or 4 hundred books to sell. Some are clearly garbage, others are page-turners and some are classic works like The picture of Dorian Gray. What's the best approach to sell them? Can you sell all at once at some place? How long would it take to sell them through Amazon? Does anyone have experience with this kind of stuff?

If I had books I didn't want I just recycled them. Sorry can't be of any help.

A friend of mine used to sell books through e bay. Other than that, I don't know.
