So I had an interview yesterday for a job that I really wanted & the only thing that I disliked was it was a group interview . I feel like I like one on one interviews better because it doesn’t seem like the answers are the same .
Which do you prefer ?
Have you gone to an interview & it ended up being with other people & you didn’t know ?

I haven`t experienced being interviewed in a group but I`ll be uncomfortable that way and might end up rejected

@m_audrey6788 just try to stand out and think positive rather than negative , there was 1,000 people that applied to this position and only 20 of us got hired , very thankful for this

That’s true , didn’t see it like that , I did get a call 10 minutes after I left and got the job !

All my interviews have always been where I was the only one being interviewed. There may have been people that passed before me and after me but I was alone in the room where I was being interviewed.

It's ok being in a group interview. You can come up with your response based from their answers as well.

We had a group interview at my last job, and I hate talking in front of people. Especially, when asked all the interview questions, and the room is so quiet while waiting for my response. I must have done something right, because I was hired.

I like one on one interview. It's more personal and comfortable than sitting in front of a group

I have never had a group interview and it sounds like a rather bad idea to me, I was a supervisor and I want to interact one on one with potential employees.

By group interview, do you mean that there was more than one person on the interview panel asking you questions? Or do you mean there were a bunch of you job applicants in a room answering questions at the same time?
