I have a good job having good salary as a production manager in a good manufacturing unit. We have lots of pressure to complete our daily targets. Our bosses just ask of work and nothing else. I am tired of this and wish something new in my life but don't know where to start with. I am worried as I am trapped in this job. Hope one day I will be able to balance work and life . I want to enjoy life which I am not able to do with such a job. Wish me luck so that I may change my life.

Maybe you can be looking for another job while you are still there. Most of us do jobs that we do not like just because we need to feed and pay our bills.

I experienced that so I know what it feels like. If it's too stressful perhaps you can start looking for other opportunities that would be more suitable without immediately resigning.

I think I can understand it. I think sometimes it may be fair if you earn more since you work hard for your work. More income means more responsibilities and sacrifice. I know sometimes it is tiring, but whenever I think of good money, I feel happy. So I accept to this exchange anyway.

I think most humans have jobs in which they feel are stuck in for life. Hopefully, one day you will have an opportunity to make a change.

Try to decide what else you would like to do. Than go after that job.
