Woke Up To Notice The Whole Place Was So Dark

Its brownout.
So early in the morning and its so dark that the lights in the house are off. I wwbt outside to see the same thing
The only good thing is the stars are more brightly thsn it was. The crescent moon was also brighter.
Then while a I was making this discussion the electricity come back. What a timing.

Its confusing sometimes 
. The company said when it covers large area for a longer period of time its blackout, but when it covers small like 1 or two towns its brownout.

Wouldn't it make sense to call it a grayout if it is only a few places? Haha, good that it has returned, that seems so annoying for it to go out.

iloscosboy, what I find out is when the lights go out in winter and it is not only cold outside here but cold inside and not knowing when they will go on again is hard to deal with.
