Back from the gym

This evening it was dark and cold to walk to the gym as my yoga mat had given me a tussle. We had a plenty full class of yogis at the gym, including one new yogi. I did get caught up with Amanda, though Nate and Sara weren't there today. She had given me her cell number and to text her for cold/rainy/snowy nights. And she would let me know ahead of time, if I would have a lift from her on the way home, like she did tonight.
It's a good thing I'll be at the church's advent dinner next Wednesday night, since there's no yoga class scheduled for it. The rug would be replaced that day. I did run into my Friday yoga class, who said that we have our main sub for the next couple of Fridays, starting a week from Friday, until 12/22/17, since she had to work those nights.
Here's what new poses we did in class tonight:
2 Pyramid Poses (1x/side)
2 Half Moon Poses (1x/side)
1 Dolphin Pose
2 Kneeling Dancer Poses (1x/side)
1 Bridge with 8 Leg Lifts (4x/side)
2 Half Lord of the Fishes Poses (1x/side)

Nice work out. Will be doing long walks later while I check stores for their postcards and greeting cards. Hope I can burn some calories with my long walks.
