My Christmas annually anise toast or biscotti.

Good morning,just finishing up my yearly biscotti.
Actually these are anise toast.
A lot of work goes into this.
That is why it is yearly for me.
We use this type of anise toast for breakfast on Christmas morning.
As usual as a baker they came out okay.Not too please.But edible.
How is your morning going there.

Just getting started here since I am working indoors I am not in a hurry, When outside it gets dark so early I feel hurried.
Those look yummy, I bet one would go SOOO good with this morning coffee I am drinking.

Oh that looks so good! I had an Italian friend who made biscotti at Christmas. A good friend who passed away to young. He made some great Italian desserts, a bakery would of been proud to serve them
