New Year's is just around the corner and my new year's resolution this year resolution is going to be once I lose weight to maintain my goal weight for a whole entire year and hopefully continue to stay at that weight. What would your resolution be for the new year?

I make that resolution each year and manage to get down a bit and then it creeps up again. We have a family wedding in July so the aim to to lose weight before then!!

Mine is to try and save money! Glad your trying to be hwaltier. I just lost 50 pounds this year. Do you have a Fitbit? It helped me so much!
