Well, they almost fit!

A couple of years ago, after Xmas, I took some of my Christmas cash and went to Target to cash in on the after Christmas sales. I bought some Christmas jammies that were on clearance like 75 percent off. I was dismayed when I got home and tried them on they were way too tight to wear. I don't think I could have returned them..and I wasn't going to wait in that line anyway. I resolved that I would be able to wear them at some point in the future..I am not sure if I tried them on last year..but I did put them on last night..I have dropped like 10-15 pounds since Xmas two years ago just by paying more attention to what I put in my mouth at any point in time, being mindful so to speak. Anyway, jammies fit fine on the bottom..but I probably need another inch gone on the torso for them to be comfortable. I wore them..but had a garment under the top so I didn't have to button them all the way..Do you try on clothes again if they don't fit at first..especially if you know you have lost some weight?

A year ago, I got myself a second hand pair of jeans. I'd been extremely sick and had lost about 15 pounds. I usually don't wear jeans, but these fit me like a glove:) Now, I'm back on track with my health, feeling about 10 times better. Also, I've gained back about five pounds, which means those jeans will no longer fit! Do I care? Heck no, my health is a lot more important, than a silly pair of pants!

They really can be called brand new jammies since they fit now!!! I tried on a skirt this morning to see if it still fit. What a relief it did. I could stand to lose a few pounds for some other clothing I have that are a bit too tight.

I used to have some pink Guess jeans. I loved them. Every year I would try them on, but never could fit in them again. A couple of years ago I gave them away. I had two pairs of jeans that I loved too. A few weeks ago, I was going to wear one pair and found out I can't wear them anymore. I'm giving those away. But I do have clothes that I have had since the 1990's that I can still wear.
