For me, today feels like a chili kind of day. Actually, any day feels like a chili kind of day to me. I just love my chili. It helps that it is a soft food since I still am not supposed to be chewing to much.
This morning I put on a big pot of chili to cook and spread it's enticing aroma around me. I love smelling it cook almost as much as I love to eat it.
I can't wait for dinner.
So what's being served in your home tonight?

Supper is still in the balance, for tonight. Jay might go to the city, so if he decided to leave, I'll be making something simple, for just me.

Hi Susan! Last night we had our diner at a restaurant again. I had crispy beef and it was crispy but tender.
