I made my parmesan and bread crumbs crusted pork chops, baked potatoes and collard greens for dinner tonight.
I really need to get back in the habit of doing my frugal food posts. Ah well maybe tomorrow I will.

Friday night is lazy dinner night, for me. I warmed up some spaghetti squash casserole/w/ground venison, whipped potatoes&butter, green bean casserole(leftovers).

@thislittlepennyearns Very little, whipped potatoes have a little more milk in them. An electric mixer can be uses, to whip them.
