Poor little kitty

I found this little kitty at an abandoned food stall just outside the gate of an office building. He kept mewing. I think he was hungry and looking for his mom. No one is taking care of this cat. If you look at his face how miserable he was -- hungry and neglected.
If you found this little kitty on the street, would you do something?

He was scared when I got close to him. I think because people around there teased him. So, he thought I would do the same. In my neighborhood, we have cats like this and my wife always feeds them.

If it's possible, take him home with you. His feet are still too weak to look for food for himself.
