When I told a few people that I always pick up pennies; they told me that they are pennies from Heaven. When I asked them what that means; they told me that somebody from Heaven sent me a penny for good luck. I do not know if this is true. Have you ever heard of anything like this?

I've heard of Pennies from Heaven, but I didn't know it meant the pennies from the ground.

Sounds nice, but is nonsense, of course. Someone opened their wallet and the pennies fell out. That's all. I always pick them up if I can. As I'm getting older, bending down is getting more and more difficult. So good luck to the next person who'll spot them! :-)
