What's for dinner

I find angel hair spaghetti very lite. When looking for a quick and easy meal, I check my frig for meat or seafood, pull out the Italian dressing, a few veggies, and it's ready to go in about 15 to 20 minutes. Toss in an out counter top, white plate, and the colors are just bursting. Take a look... What's for dinner at your place tonight?

we had escabeche - it is kind of like a sweet and sour fish with carrots. I love the sauce

Yes, I'm sorry for the delay. I kept getting a server error. But it seems to be loaded now.

Pizza can be a lot of fun. Everyone in my home likes to add their own unique toppings. Wonder, thanks for sharing.

I had four Aldi's crab cakes with leftover cornbread. Both were filling. I had a chocolate Boost and water to drink. No photo.

Crabcakes can be quite delicious. I made them from scratch a few years back.

@WendySpickerman I did make a crab cake a year ago, but it wasn't perfect. But these were so good from Aldi's.

I baked a chicken, made gravy out of the broth with (real) mashed potatoes. We also had asparagus and home-made biscuits.

I'm right there with you, Joe on that one. I love real potatoes. Filled with so much good stuff! I'm afraid to look at what's in a box of instant potatoes. Sound delicious and so healthy.
