Pretty well covered

I took the time to read more about the antibiotic I am taking. It starts at the top saying it is used to treat nonsocomial pneumonial--that is pneumonia acquired at a health care facility. It continues to say it is used to treat community acquired pneumonia. . . and kidney infections, UTI's and so on and so forth. . . clear down the list to tell me it is used to treat plague. I guess any infection I may have is pretty well covered as long as it is caused by bacteria. It is a strong medicine, and even with yogurt it is upsetting my stomach a little. I think that is what kept me from sleeping well. Good to know I am safe from the plague.

Of course, as the rats leave the ship it is much less likely. My yard snakes help take care of that.

@GardenGerty I haven't seen a snake this summer yet but I'm keeping my eyes open.

I am pretty sure the infection is well on its way out. There are side joys of respiratory illness that need to go away as well. It is nice to not be coughing overnight. I just really get tired fast.

Maybe it's one of the medicines that needs to be taken in a full stomach since it's really strong.

I just had trouble for about a day. Now the prescription is ended, as of last night. It was a once a day pill.

Maybe it is one of the medicines that you have to take in a full stomach since it's very strong.

I am better, but not 100%. I look forward to Christmas break to really get away from all the sick kids.

Strong and hopefully effective in knocking down whatever is giving you grief! Try eating some ginger or pineapple for your tummy issues.

Yeh, I should hope the doctor wouldn't prescribe an antibiotic if it's not a bacterial infection. I think that used to happen more often than it does now.

My doctor knows that I do not just walk in and ask for a pill, and she does not offer. Last year I had a cold or many colds for six weeks straight. No antibiotic. I am sure she saw and heard things that indicated I needed the antibiotic.

Good to know you "should" be protected from a lot according to the list.
