A shocking revelation.

After the mini-gathering we had a week ago, I and my friends are having this regular conversation in our Group chat. I think we are trying to patch up things we missed between those years. And I am grateful. Tonight, I had a conversation with my friend in that Group chat. Actually, a shocking revelation about herself. She confessed that she was on medication for depression and anxiety panic attack. I was shocked because she is a strong person and the jester in our group. She said the causes was her being heartbroken. I didn't know about it not until last night. I told her that this case is a serious matter, and she said few people know about it and she told me because I'm well educated and understand this kind of thing. I also have depression and it's given because of my sickness. And she said she is okay already. Do you happen to know a person with this kind of sickness?

It is gopd that she felt comfortable enough with you to tell you. I do know quite a few people who suffer with the same things.

Most of the people who suffered from this illness are those happy ones, or I called comedian or a jester.

it is so difficult to treat somebody with depression that is why there is the family therapy to manage the behavior.
