The lesbian community (lesbian, gay, transgender and bisexual) joined together for the parade held in our city. As you can see the photo, some of them rode a tricycle decorated like skirt in giant size. Now they look like giants parading in the street. They campaign for gay rights and safe sex and in fact they were given with condoms at that activity. More than 600 LGBT participated in the said event.

I was actually thinking about starting a discussion about 'gay rights' etc. I am all for people being treated equally, but sometimes 'gay pride' hits me wrong. There's nothing to be 'proud' of for being gay...or for not being gay. I'm not gay, but I am not proud that I am not gay. 'Pride' has nothing to do with it, in my opinion. It seems some groups try to beat me over the head with a big ol' 'Gay' stick. I personally don't care who does what to who as long as they are consenting adults.

@nomus24g I am talking more about people that for some reason have to insert being 'gay' into almost everything they say. "The Cubs lost the baseball game last night, and I'm gay". "I ate at McDonald's today and I'm gay." And then they wanna get all butthurt when someone says they don't approve. Well, that is THAT person's right. I personally don't care, but it doesn't belong in everything they say.
