That is a tough one. I would want to know if it were me. He could bring home all kinds of diseases to her but it puts you in a tough place being the neighbor. Are you close friends with the wife?

We speak but we not that close. I am a cross roads i really dont know what to do at this stage.

I'll tell the wife by sending an anonymous letter informing her of her husband's philandering acts.

Wow! Are you very close to them? If you are, why not talk to the husband and ask him why he is doing that? If you are not very close, maybe it's better not get involved.

@Felix i am not close to the wife, but we do speak regularly, i will ask the the husband.

I would tell the wife. She needs to know because since the husband is such philanderer he could have gotten a VD and given it to the wife.
