What's for dinner? December 4

What's going on the dinner table tonight? I want to know!
I am making freshly-caught striped bass with my new Anova sous vide immersion circulator. It is my first attempt cooking this way. I put 4 pieces of the fish in the ziploc bag with fresh chopped garlic, a few pieces of butter, freshly chopped parsley, kosher salt, ground black pepper, and a generous splash of white wine. I'm letting it marinate for a bit before cooking it. To go with the fish I am making basmati rice and roasted broccoli. Nothing fancy but it will be tasty!

Instead of tostada Tuesday it is tostada Monday with refried beans.

Fish is delicious, we love it! For supper, turkey enchiladas are on the menu, Jay's request tonight.

@NJChicaa We still had leftover turkey, so mixed it with cream cheese, tomato mixture, put mixture in tortillas and baked in the oven. They are good!::)

Not sure what dinner is tonight but last night's dinner was oatmeal with chocolate milk, muscovado sugar, and raisins.
