When things get so busy, just smile and say "carry lang". When situation is getting stressful, say "carry lang". Just like now, I can't even scratch the itchy part of my body because of so many work that needed to be given importance. Because manager is not around and delegated to me the responsibility in the station and its getting very busy and hectic, I just relax and let flow like a river the situation. And as what Filipinos saying when in this kind of situation, "carry lang" or carry on.

Why you scratch another part of the body, is it more effective?

@ilocosboy in my own experience, yes it helps. just like in pain, this is termed "referred pain". a beginning of a heart attack is not pain in the chest, but in the epigastric region.

That works for me sometimes. Other times I just stop doing whatever I'm doing and go take a nap.
