A wonderful omelette for dinner.

After we watched Amadeus, each of us went for food. My friends eat porridge every day. I don´t like it and never have. So I either eat something else or skip that meal.
Today I was hungry and I made a delicious omelette with melted chees and pickled zucchini inside. YUM!
I will mylot some and go early to bed.

I love all sorts of omelettes. It is the best way to eat leftovers.

I used to like porridge only when I was sick or had a sore throat, but now I don't mind having porridge for dinner.

Do you slice or chop the zucchini? I usually add in tomato and onion into omelette
