Do you still remember some of your childhood fears? Have you outgrown them? During our childhood some are afraid of the dark...afraid of thunder and lightning... afraid of ghost...afraid of strangers...afraid of separation...and the list goes on and on... When we look back and recall about some of our childhood fears we just smile and laugh at them and to ourself... But some people never outgrew their childhood fears... Picture credit: gabzoom.info

Interestingly I never had a fear of ghosts and supernatural stuff when I was a child. Or maybe I didn't quite comprehend what they were about, I don't know. But my parents told me that when I was about 3 or 4 I was afraid of the wind. Of all things.
I remember very well that I feared to fall asleep and to never wake up. When I was 6, one of my school friend was killed in an accident and my parents, not to scare me, said "she fall asleep and she never woke up". Big mistake, I had this fear for years.
