This can't be cakes but some types of fruit served this way. Looks yummy suitable for warm days. Has any of you seen several fruits served this way. What fruits are they?

Yes, I have seen fruit salads, berries and small fruits served in a bigger fruit. The most common combination strawberries, slices of banana, blueberries served on half melon.

we do have fruit salad here, which are different fruits mixed in milk
