I argued with my boss once when he tried to pressure me to handle a thing that is beyond my capabilities. I said, If only I can do exceptions like you, then I would definitely not ask for your help. After that, he realized that I do not just ask for assistance without doing the best and all possible resolution that I know. We became good friends after. I guess I need to let my boss know how I feel instead of talking behind his back right?

@RodrickH Definitely, communication is highly essential for a healthy working environment. Tell your boss politely about how you feel and hope that he/she understands. Let me know what happens, good luck! ^_^

I haven't tried arguing with my boss with my previous employers. I don't really like this thing could happen also.

I don't know if the boss would require it. I think if the boss would go berserk on me I would have trouble adjusting to it.

A nice boss will make you have no excuse to argue with him,but if he is not so nice, you may feel you need to argue with him

Many times I have argued with my boss. But it's true that whatever boss says is right. We must follow the saying.

No i respect them still even if theyre being rude already. Because i have this gay manager before. He is rude and shaming shouting at me in front of co workers but i remained silent until i didnt come to work anymore

My current and previous bosses, including present clients in my online jobs - If I know I have a point, I'll raise and argue it even if I'll be contradicting my boss or client. I don't care. I always speak my mind in a diplomatic manner. So far, not a single boss or client of mine called my attention.
