Ride Your Bike This Is A Great Workout

I ride my bike daily. I have to be honest with you, I only ride my stationary bike at home or my Gym. I ride 30-40 minutes daily. I can see great results in my weight loss it has toned in my legs. This is another way to make your workouts fun!

I had a stationary bike at home once - not any more.

I was riding a lot when I was at the gym too. Now I can't make it.

I'm glad it's working for you. Right now that kind of stress on my knees would be out of the question.
