I just went off on the appliance guy

Last week they were supposed to deliver and install the new dishwasher but they couldn't come after 2 pm on the day that they would be in this area. Fine. Today they call and tell me that they will be around tomorrow but that they will be here in the morning. Seems that the OTHER customer needs them to be there before 12. I said that wouldn't work because I am not available until after 2 and the guy starts to say that they will be back in the area next Thursday. I LOST it. I totally freaked out on him. I never act like that but I totally bugged out. It has been 3 months without a working dishwasher. These people are contracted by Whirlpool to deliver and install their products and they are trying to push me off for a THIRD week when they will just tell me that they won't be able to do it after 2pm again? Oh no. I even threatened to call Whirlpool and complain. The guy said that he will be calling me back shortly. He'd better or it is ON.

I would be too. Once they schedule the time, they really should keep that time. I can understand having to change that when something comes up on their side - but only once. That's just not cool to push you back again and again - not only do you have a schedule too, but you need your dishwasher too!
