Since cold weather is now upon us, or soon will be, what is your favorite kind of soup? i just had some delicious bean with bacon for dinner, and that is probably my favorite overall soup type, but I have rarely met a soup I didn;t like. What about you? What soup tickles your taste buds?

Cream of chicken by itself? I am with @snowy22315 in that I have only used it in casseroles, just like cream of mushroom.

My choice of soups tends to vary quite often, although recently I have become fond of Pea and Ham.

I eat more legumes during winter. But now it is spring here and salads and fruits are what I want.

Have you ever had peach soup? So good! It's a cold soup, and I wish I had had it more than once. My second favorite kind is tomato bisque or turkey noodle.

I was brought up eating mainly chicken-potato-carrot soup. Still love it these days. (I quite like pea and ham soup too.)

I like all soups. Pea and ham is good as is mushroom. It's a great meal in winter. And occasionally we have cold soup in summer as that is refreshing too.

Not a fan of mushroom soup, unless something is cooked in it, or put over the top of it.

@snowy22315 Vince often makes a mushroom sauce with the soup as a base. That's nice too.

I've always been a bit jealous of people who love soup, because I don't like it very much. Soup lovers have bites of happiness, and I always feel left out.

Yeah, the only time I really didn't like a soup was some consumer testing thing. They sent some soup that was dreadful! It tasted like ashes. Also, some of that healthy choice soup in the can is not especially appealing.
