A difficult day.

Today we went for the main amount of groceries for the month. It included some meds and some articles for the garden. When I went to pay for the first items, I discovered that I had not brought my credit card. Fortunately I had money to pay for that and I did, but not for the groceries. It was getting late so I took a taxi to my house and got the card. That was money I should not have spent: we had walked to the supermarket at the beginning. It took us a long while to buy our list of things and I offered Leticia to eat out at a small restaurant associated with the supermarket. Leticia has had some tummy problems (a virus told her a doctor) and she saw what they offered and told me to go home as quick as possible and eat anything there. We came home, ate sandwichs with ham, avocado paste, mayo and tomato. Delicious and healthy! After lunch I went to talk with the painter and was told that he was not in Santiago anymore. I was given his cellphone and called him. He "might" come next week. I have my doubts as one of those days is election day. Meanwhile I have to see the walls without their paintings and they look awful. I wish he would come next week. Meanwhile, there´s no possibility of taking out my mini Christmas tree and start "beginning to look like Christmas" I am tired, friends.
