Hello friends..
On my way to work. Severe back pain yesterday so was not much here. Went to bed early.
I had tea and museli in breakfast.
I am taking lunch today. Its rice with oka fry lentil rasam.
How is your day going on. What did you have in breakfast/lunch/dinner... see you around

Ohh that's bad. I applied some pain balm yesterday..it was okay by morning but after sitting for long hours today it started again in the evening

I had coffee and cappuccino today. It is my mothers birthday so I made her a cake and my kids and I are going there at 4 for pizza and to eat the cake. I don’t want to eat the pizza though as they always buy it at a local place where twice in a row we found hair in the food.
