Inhaler is empty

Awesome. My asthma was so good for so long but over the past couple of months I've found that I've needed to use my rescue inhaler at least once a day. Before that I could go for weeks and weeks without ever using it. Anyway, I just went to use it and discovered that it is empty. Bone dry. So now I need to call the doctor's office and see if they will just call in a script to the pharmacy for me so I can get another one today. I will be pissed if they make me come in for a visit just for an inhaler. I mean, it isn't a controlled substance, I can't get high off of it, and I've been using the same inhaler for 20 years. It isn't like the dosage or brand or anything needs to change. Stay tuned!

Reminds me of my parents. Some of the Christmas gifts I planned for them aside from meds are inhalers. They also have asthma.

I did! I picked it up at about 3pm yesterday afternoon. I struggled for several hours without it but I managed to get by. It sucks not being able to breathe.

Will they oblige you? In India, we can not expect such favors even in our dreams.

I am sorry that when you need to use your inhaler it is empty. I hope you do not need to see the doctor to get one.
