Okay, a drum roll would really be in order here. My suit that I bought a few months ago that was too tight, isn't tight any longer. It fits perfect, which means it won't be long before that one is history as well, and that's a good thing. So I got all bundled up for my trip to the pool on this 21 F morning with a wind chill of 13 F. Cold to say the least. So the scale showed I had gone down another 8 pounds, bringing my grand total to 26 pounds since I started this diet. I have 109 pounds to go, and you can bet I won't be quitting any time soon. I love the feeling that my clothes are getting too big on me. So how are things with you? Thanks for reading.

@just4him I would like to tell you that, I was three years, without taking Olanzapine. My weight had dropped below 70 kilograms! Doctor says that, Olanzapina for me serves for "fight" harmful thoughts, in my mental illness called OCD

@just4him It really isn't a "diet" but a way to eat. I found it to be easy as well when I did it. It is similar to how my husband and I still eat--lots of fresh green vegetables, proteins, minimal carbs, no beans, minimal pasta/dairy, etc.

You mean you don't miss the cold? Thank you. I'm glad it's nice there. This morning when I got to the pool I mentioned the temp and wind chill and the gal at the desk said, "You mean sunny and 83 right?" I laughed and immediately thought of you in sunny Florida.

@just4him Aww, thanks! It's supposed to get cold here over the weekend - 50 at night. I love to sleep with the doors opened and no a/c so I can hear the waves. As soon as we landed yesterday I felt hot, but that's because I was wearing warm clothes. Lol! Today I wore white linen pants and a matching sleeveless top and flip flops. I was fine until we walked by the frozen food section in the grocery store. Brrrrr!
