Let's see.. National Gazpacho Day. - A tomato-based vegetable soup which is served cold..? No thank you! Pass! National Microwave Oven Day. - Well it's a good appliance to have, I guess. But we don't use ours anywhere as much as we use to. As we stopped eating things like tv dinners and Celeste pizzas for one, etc over 4 years ago. National Pawnbrokers Day. - I guess this is a good one. Miners’ Day. - It's good to honor people. So this is good one. St. Nicholas Day. - I guess this is a good day..

@Courtlynn Something about cold soup... it just does not sound too appetizing... I've tried Japanese cold dry noodle dish before, and that was strange enough for me...

I actually love watermelon gazpacho but the regular one isn't m favorite. St Nicholas Day is special to lots of people around the world but we have never celebrated it.

Oooh, I love gazpacho, But to me it’s a summer dish. Having gazpacho day in winter doesn’t make sense to me. What, no free days in July?
