I think god exists, because if there is no god then who make this Universe and who controls entire world.I think there is is someone behind that and that is god, there is a god who makes air, water, mountain and all living things non living things which require human beings to live their life... But "Stephen hawking" says that GoD does not exists, when i think his opinion on god i m getting confused. So guys whats your opinion? is really GOD exists or not?

@cmoneyspinner Nope, you missed my point entirely. Positing the existence of God because something has to be responsible for creation is not feasible. I am not stating God doesn't exist, but perhaps you're thinking like a human to believe the existence of everything proves God. Perhaps the Universe is far beyond our imagination.
I have tried to learn what the Bible is teachin since I was a kid, and am still learning.. What has convinced me, except for the wonderful creation around us, is that the prophecies in the Bible have been fulfilled so exactly.. One example is the world powers from Babylon to our time..in Daniel’s 2:nd chapter. Also Matthew 24 describes what we see happening in our time.. The practical advice we find in the Bible, shows we have a loving Creator who cares for us..

I think it depends on what you mean by God. I'm not religious and I never have been, and I 100% do not believe in any god that comes from any religion, but I think that a lot of people mean something different when they say "god" and that's interesting to me. I believe in a lot of things that I barely understand, perhaps because I barely understand them or perhaps because I want to believe in something beyond my understanding. I believe in the power of prayer, for example, because although I don't believe in any god, I do believe that positive thinking and concentration of energy and thoughts can change things, and when people pray they are thinking positively and concentrating on one thing with every fibre of their being.
