Suicide via Twitter

I admit I follow porn actresses on their Twitter account. I can't believe a suicide just happened today because of a war of words on Twitter. Porn Actress August Ames, is a porn actress I follow on twitter. Yes I follow porn actresses on twitter and I am not ashamed of it. She tweeted something Homophobic yesterday. she said refused to do movies with Male porn actors who did gay porn because she have the belief that gay porn actors don't have as strict STD testing. She said it is her body and she wont take risk. Many people are offended on what she said. One of them is a porn actress who is married to a man who does gay porn. So yeah people start calling her out for being homophobic. There is a porn actor who got offended on what she said that he kept on harassing her via DM's and told her to take a pill of Cyanide for saying what she said. Yes she is homophobic but I think bullying someone to death for their opinion and telling them to commit suicide is just wrong. She just committed suicide today due to cyberbullying. Yesterday pornstars are calling her names for her opinion and now they are all talking about condolences... I know we have different opinions about politics, religion etc, But I don't think driving someone to commit suicide is right. I am not angel but you know I will avoid being rude online even if a person is offensive because I don't know what a person is going through.

When are people going to get over this 'cyber-bullying' crap @CaptAlbertWhisker !! It's like a bunch of 2-year-olds throwing a tantrum.

@nanette64 What I mean is just because a person is offensive, it doesnt mean they have to be pushed to kill themselves.

@CaptAlbertWhisker If that was the case then Kim Jung-un of North Korea would have already killed himself after all of Donald Trumps tweets about him and all the name calling. What a shame too that he didn't do it.

Online bullying happens on other social media too. How can those people live with themselves?

I don't understand online bullying any more than I do any other kind. It's never worth ganging up on a person about their opinion. I think most of us express our opinion and split rather than sit here arguing about it., let alone calling them names. You also have to have a tough hide to open yourself up too deeply online. I'm sorry to see this happen.

I experience cyber bullying as a kid and I even experienced it here in Mylot 10 years ago. One thing that makes me strong about is the fact these people dont know me and I dont know them. Many people here wanted to remove the block option but the block option stops cyber bullying.

Worst thing I ever heard. Cyber-bullying is definitely one thing that should be stopped. Having said that in my opinion a person would have to be very weak not to take a stand against this. I have never been bullied so I don't know but why would a person not just tell them all to go to heck and move on with their lives.

I think she is not ready for harsh comments because she usually gets loving comments from her fans. She might be going through something and someone telling her to kill her self triggered her to do so. Yesterday , she got flooded by negative comments due to her homophobic comment.
