I was watching the news at noon, and it looks like we are going to have one of those undpredictable type snow storms. We could get nothing or we could get a foot or two..great! All the snow models are saying something different. Before they had our area all green..in the no snow area.now it is covered by snow..yikes..! Of course I had plans this weekend. I think I am going to see if my friend might be able to come down tomorrow, instead of Saturday..I just hope the Christmas party isn't snowed out!! Jeesh wouldn't ya know it?? I think it is likely we will end up with not much though..I will see what the news says later. Sigh!

It depends on how much snow we get..I can't stay in every time there is a little snow.

We are getting light flurries in Michigan. It's in the 20s so, the weather is a bit cold, too. I hope your party will be able to go on, as planned. Have fun and stay safe:)

Thanks..light flurries I could deal with. Every time you look at the forecast they are saying something completely different. Maybe by this evening they will have a clue..

@snowy22315 We watch the weather forecast, then it seldom ever happens! We have to just wait and see, for a true weather report! LOL

Often our forecasts amount to "you'll know the weather when you see it." LOL. For some reason, they have a terrible time forecasting our local weather. We're not really "the valley" and not really "the mountains." I guess a butterfly flies across the sky in Argentina or something and changes our weather haha. I do hope your Christmas party does not get snowed out. I think I've mentioned before I would enjoy a little snow here this winter as long as it doesn't happen when we have to get out for appointments or something.

It always comes at an inopportune time it seems.

We had snow showers this morning, and I had to research what snow showers happened to be. We just have a little tiny bit of snow from which the grass is poking through. Not a big deal, thank goodness.

Yeah, I would say 50 percent of the time they say snow, we end up with none..Time will tell I guess.

It's nice to have in limited amounts..but not so much it messes up plans, and or creates hazardous driving.

Yesterdays lake effect snow didn't materialize....just a few snow squalls. The next few days predict more of the same. We'll see what develops. Now the gale force winds 60 mph yesterday had more of an impact than the nonexistent snow.

I hope the snow doesn't eventuate. Snowstorms must cause a lot of plans to be changed.
