I just glanced out the front window to see our first snow-covering for this winter. Usually, Northeastern Michigan gets at least an inch of snow, by the middle of November each year. At least the kids are getting some of that ole white stuff, for their Christmas holiday season! Then, I will start marking the days off on a calendar, until the first day of Spring

We usually don't get as much snow, where we are located on Tawas Bay. Because of the lake effects, everyone around us gets hammered and we don't usually get hit quite as hard. Once in a while, we get 12-14 inches, in a day or two. Most generally the storms hit full force, all the way around us.

@kobesbuddy I got cold this morning going to church. I have two shirts on, and I'm still cold. I'm drinking a cup of unsweetened hot chocolate - it's good, really, and closed my office door and turned the heater on. Hopefully I'll warm up soon.
