MyLot will have to do without me for most of the day. Since I entered the Medical profession it keeps me quite busy. I didn’t mean that I treat sick folks. From where I stand, I’m the guy who keeps them in business. Almost every day there is an appointment with some specialist, somewhere. What ever happened to the General Practitioner who covered everything? Today on my “job”, I will be putting in a little overtime. That means I have two appointments in one day. Physical Therapy at 12:30 and then I have to go to another facility for lab work at 2:20. Apparently they think I have too much blood. All these “constant repairs” make me feel like an old jalopy headed for the scrap yard. It cost so much to keep me running. Every time I cough, I back-fire too and my radiator leaks.

@UncleJoe So many of us here are surprised that we have continued to breathe. Life can really put us through the wringer at times, yet we bounce back.

The appointments turned out well @LovingMyBabies but the 40 degrees and hard rain I had to go back out into kinda wiped out the good therapy. My blood chemistry turned out well though.

I'm not sure I agree @Corbin5 The repairs are what keeps me ticking. If they end it means I don't tick anymore.

@snowy22315 To tell you the truth, medical staff usually see the worst of people who feel bad. I heard patients griping and growling at them while I was there. That can make the therapists job so depressing. If I can give them a lift with a laugh then I've done mine.

I feel your pain. I've been dealing with at least two or three appointments a week for over a year. I am thankful I only have one appointment so far this month. I hope things settle down for you soon so you don't have to keep running around to all those doctor appointments.
